This was apparent after spending seven years as the lead instructor for the nation’s largest laser training school, and listening to feedback from faculty, estheticians, and the thousands of students I have taught.

In order for the student to be effective, employable, and successful in the highly competitive esthetic laser industry, the current curricula, methods, and practices utilized by laser schools need to radically change. I decided to develop evidence based and research supported laser and medical esthetics programs incorporating the latest procedures and technologies. I have created a personalized educational experience where each student is mentored and supported throughout the program. Class sizes have been limited to ensure access to instructors, equipment and hands-on opportunities. EALA teaches doctors, nurses, estheticians, and those seeking to enhance their esthetic laser education, the latest procedures and technologies. From ARRA approved courses to one-on-one training, EALA provides a wide array of comprehensive classes.
